"Horrible customer service and supreme lack of accountability and oversight with clients. Was a client here for two years and while it was decent my most recent experiences with this office have been completely unfavorable and unacceptable. Sherry was extremely unprofessional, needlessly confrontational and generally unpleasant. The way she spoke to me on the phone was entirely inappropriate. I am happy to be moving to Allstate where the employees and manager are both more professional and courteous."

"Called State Farm today about our truck insurance going up like all companies are doing. Spoke with Jamie about the reasons of the said hike and she explained in detail about what is going on in Florida with rate hikes. "I have been a faithful State Farm customer in GA and FL for well over a decade. Turns out, Gail Williams has dropped the ball with my account. Four months ago, I did not know they placed incorrect information in the system. They kept overcharging my account with my new vehicle despite the emails and calls. I had to take off autopay and switch agencies because my account was being overdrawn. I am done. I now have been told my coverage is inactive and will make another call to corporate Monday."
