Four months ago, I did not know they placed incorrect information in the system. They kept overcharging my account with my new vehicle despite the emails and calls. I had to take off autopay and switch agencies because my account was being overdrawn. I am done. I now have been told my coverage is inactive and will make another call to corporate Monday."
