"Incredibly inefficient. Have been trying to cancel my HOI policy for 45 days. Called in 6+ weeks ago, they said to email them the request, so I did. Never heard back. Called yesterday morning, they confirmed they received my request, but couldn't confirm if it was ever cancelled. Said they'd look into it & call me back asap. Nothing, called them again today. Same thing, they'd get back to me asap. 4 hours later, nothing. How can it possibly take this long to just confirm if they cancelled the policy or not?? lol.
